A prestigious 5-star lodge is seeking an experienced and hands-on General Manager to lead all aspects of operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, guest experience, and team management.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations across all departments (front of house, back of house, kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional guest serviceManage budgets, financial reporting, and cost controlMaintain and enhance service standards in line with the lodge’s brand and valuesBuild relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards Requirements:- 5+ years senior lodge or hotel management experience
