Description:

A high-end lodge is looking for a creative and skilled Pastry Chef to join their culinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual with strong technical ability and a flair for elegant, high-end desserts.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and present high-quality pastries, breads, and desserts for daily service and special occasionsMaintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and consistencyDevelop seasonal menus in collaboration with the Head ChefEnsure stock control, ordering, and kitchen cleanlinessMentor and train junior kitchen staff where required Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years’ pastry experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or lodges
  • Strong knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques
  • Creative approach to plating and presentation
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a remote environment
  • Culinary or pastry qualification preferred
Package Includes:
  • Live-in accommodation and meals
  • Work cycle (e.g. 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off – to be confirmed)
