Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue goals. Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within luxury travel, corporate, and niche markets. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review. Represent the lodge at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Lead and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and professional growth. What Were Looking For:
Proven track record in sales, preferably within luxury hospitality or tourism sectors. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build lasting relationships and influence decision-makers. Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and planning abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Passion for luxury travel, exceptional service, and attention to detail.
