Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their service and repair needs Open and manage job cards accurately Liaise between customers and workshop technicians Provide regular updates to clients regarding vehicle status Upsell additional services and maintenance where appropriate Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain excellent customer satisfaction Process invoices and handle paymentsRequirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in a service advisor role at a franchised dealership Strong understanding of vehicle service procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Computer literate (e.g., Kerridge/CDK or similar systems advantageous) Valid drivers license Ability to multitask and handle pressure professionally
