Description:
Key ResponsibilitiesExecute plant procedures to meet productivity, efficiency, food safety, and quality targets. This will require continuous monitoring of plant performance, reviewing of analytical results and taking corrective action Identifying areas for improvement in the production process, implementing changes to increase efficiency, and reducing costs Updating production schedule or plan to ensure weekly production target is met Control Product and Product Processes Control Raw Materials stock levels and minimizing waste Liaise and coordinate maintenance activities on the utilities and production plan with the maintenance team Conduct inspections as part of an internal audit team and take corrective action Maintain and promote health, safety and hygiene in accordance with legislation and FSSC 22000 ISO standards Optimise people, plant, machinery and equipment
Requirements
Minimum B.Tech in Mechanical /Electrical /Chemical/ Industrial Engineering Minimum 5 years experience in Production plant operations is essential Experience in TPM/Lean manufacturing principles Experience in leading and driving shopfloor excellence Food manufacturing industry experience is essential

Organising/planning/technical/administration skills are essential Consistent attention to accuracy and detail Good communication and problem-solving skills Explicit understanding of plant unit operations Good understanding of production technology The ability to multitask Good report writing skills Able to work shifts
