Duties & Responsibilities
General Admin
Picking parts for customer orders and checking availability of stock from various enquiries.
Answer’s phone, providing price quotes and other information
Review estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate. Provides high level of service to internal and external customers
Pulls and fills orders from stock
Notifies the service advisor and the customer when special ordered parts have been received
Locate available parts when the store is out of stock
Desired Experience & Qualification
Must have worked in the Automotive Industry
Must have working experience as a Parts Purchaser
Automate Evolve experience will be advantageous
Service Advisor experience will be advantageous (not a requirement)
Must have admin and MS Office experience
Must have knowledge of car parts and codes
