This is a senior leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on driving growth, leading high-performing teams, and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the dealership network including sales, aftersales, parts, and administration
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve financial targets and market share growth
- Provide hands-on leadership to department heads and ensure alignment with company values and objectives
- Oversee operational performance, compliance, and adherence to OEM and local regulatory standards
- Manage full P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Foster a strong customer-focused culture to improve retention and satisfaction
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs, suppliers, regulators, and local partners
- Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies across the organisation
Requirements:
- Minimum 710 years of senior management experience in the Automotive industry, preferably within Sub-Saharan Africa
- Strong leadership and commercial acumen, with experience in managing multiple departments
- Track record of successfully driving growth and profitability in a dealership or distribution environment
- Strong understanding of financial management, operational processes, and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Management, or a related field
