Manage backorders and ensure timely follow-ups. Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in a similar role within the automotive parts industry. Strong knowledge of Indian and Chinese vehicle parts preferred. Proficiency in parts catalogue systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset. Ideal Candidate:
Technical background or qualification in motor parts advantageous. Able to work under pressure and handle multiple client requests. Experience in both front and back counter sales is beneficial.
