· Matric and formal tertiary qualification.
· Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing quality products and services to support our hotel, restaurant operations.
· Role requires strong vendor management skills, negotiation abilities, and a keen eye for cost efficiency and quality.
· Experience with a 4/5* Hotel / Guest House or in the hospitality industry (highly beneficial)
