Description:
- System Design & Maintenance: Design, implement and maintain operational systems and tools. Oversee the overall health, functionality and continuous improvement of all digital operational systems.
- Process Engineering: Apply industrial engineering principles to streamline workflows, minimise waste and optimise throughput across processes.
- System / Platform Requirements: Serve as a link between operational needs and technical teams (both internal and external). Draft clear and structured Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and translate business needs into technical specifications for developers.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, digital tool development and comprehensive process documentation.
- Data-Driven Optimisation: Identify and analyse system bottlenecks, define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive performance enhancements. Capable of processing raw data and developing automated dashboards to support decision-making.
- Operational Collaboration: Partner with warehousing, logistics and customer service teams to deliver projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Engineering Projects: Plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects from initiation through to completion.
