Hotel Sales Executive (POS25145)

Requirements:
· Implement effective sales strategies to maximize Hotel occupancy and revenue.
· Create promotional material and marketing campaigns to attract suited clientele.
· Research new markets and business opportunities to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
· Represent Hotels in various exhibition
· events, trade shows, and networking events.
· Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of potential and existing clients.
· Prepare sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the Hotel.
· Review the customer service quality of the Hotel to ensure customers are tended to properly and resolve customer complaints.
· Create and maintain customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service and building sustainable relationships with clients.
· Strengthen relationships with existing customers to enable future bookings.
· Set annual sales budgets, reports and forecast. Implement effective strategies for achieving sales targets. Conduct assessment of sales performance and implement improvements to sales processes and strategies.
· Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.
