Requirements:
· Responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, inventory management, and staff supervision.
· Ensure that the kitchen operates efficiently, meets health and safety regulations, and delivers high-quality food to the customer.
· Responsible for creating menus, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
· Must have experience with 4/5* star hotels and lodges – non negotiable
