Description:
The Ideal candidate:
- will have 5-10 years’ experience in the Aluminium industry in a similar role.
- Must have excellent technical knowledge of raw and fitted Aluminium products
- Will be responsible for ensuring that all Aluminium installers enforce Prinro’s standards of quality for all installations, and all statutory legal requirements as provided by: AAAMSA, SAGGA and the NHBRC, are adhered to and correctly implemented.

The Installation Team Manager’s duties will be, but not limited to, the following:
- Installation team Job Scheduling: Ensure that all installation teams know what to do and when to do it.
- On-site Final Measurements : Site inspections for final measurements before orders are placed for finished or manufactured products
- Client Communication and negotiations : on design aesthetics, quality control and final snags sign off.
- Site inspections to double check that all products have been installed correctly, according to site plan and quote sequences.
- Quality Control of installations of windows and doors
- Team management – Performance management of installation teams
