A leading vehicle glass repair and replacement company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fitment Centre Manager to lead operations at their high-performing branch in Knysna and Plettenberg Bay . This role is ideal for a seasoned manager with strong business acumen, excellent people skills, and proven experience in sales, stock control, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, strategic, and driven to meet revenue targets while ensuring operational excellence and team engagement.
Duties & Responsibilities

Drive revenue by converting sales opportunities and managing key financial indicators

Lead, coach and develop staff to ensure performance, accountability, and compliance
-
Maintain optimal stock control and cash handling practices to ensure profitability
-
Enforce company processes to reduce risk, loss, and ensure policy adherence
-
Ensure daily operational excellence and a high standard of customer service
-
Conduct regular performance tracking, reporting, and administrative oversight
-
Promote a culture of communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 with a Diploma in General Management (essential)
-
BCom Degree in Management or related field (advantageous)
-
Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a management role

Sound knowledge of SAP, MS Office Suite, POPI Act, and company systems

Strong working knowledge of Glass products and customer service practices
-
Proven experience in budgeting, CRM, reporting, and people management
-
Skilled in sales conversion, upselling, and objection handling techniques
