- ECSA Professional Registration required
- 10-15 years of professional engineering experience with proven project leadership
- Advanced expertise in structural analysis, design calculations, and specifications
- Experience managing large-scale engineering projects from conception to completion
- Strong technical background in structural, mechanical, or environmental assessments
- Proven track record in resource allocation, budgeting, and project timeline management
- Experience conducting site inspections and risk assessments
- Ability to develop and enforce quality standards and engineering best practices
- Client management and stakeholder engagement experience
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
