What Youâll DoReporting directly to the General Director, youâll be the glue that keeps purchasing, logistics, and stock control running smoothly. Your days will be filled with:

Purchasing & Supplier Coordination
- Managing and following up on both local and international purchase orders
- Keeping suppliers in the loop and on time
- Providing clear, weekly order and payment reports
- Assisting with component updates or parts needed by the Argentine production team
- Coordinating outgoing shipments and preparing shipping documentation
- Tracking urgent part movements to keep production flowing
- Working closely with the stock controller to track and verify incoming goods
- Flagging new deliveries for inspection and recording
- Monitoring internal part usage for production
- Experienced in purchasing, logistics, or operations administration
- Excel-savvy and comfortable using digital tracking tools
- Organized, methodical, and an excellent communicator
- A self-starter who works well independently
- Industrial/manufacturing experience is a bonus
