💼 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare compelling pitches and presentations for origination and deal execution.

Build and maintain robust financial models and conduct valuations for M&A and capital-raising deals.

Draft key transaction documents including teasers and information memorandums.

Support due diligence processes, manage datarooms, and respond to bidder queries.

Assist in coordinating with legal and financial advisors and preparing deal-related documentation.

Engage directly with clients, investors, and potential bidders.

Perform KYC and background checks during client onboarding.

Lead, manage, and mentor junior team members.
🎓 Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Investments, or a related field.

Strong academic background (Mathematics 80%+, English 70%+ or equivalent A-levels).

3–5 years of experience in corporate finance, valuations, transaction advisory, or private equity.

Confident communicator with excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
