Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Assistant

Maintain long-term relationships through personalized follow-ups and support.
- Demonstrate product features and articulate benefits, often via in-person or virtual pitches.
- Identify and cultivate potential clients through cold calls, networking events, referrals, social media, research, and trade shows.
