In our Direct Sales and Marketing campany, we’re dedicated to delivering top-tier good and services to our community. We seek energetic, driven, and customer-focused individuals to join our Direct Sales team. You’ll play a key role promoting and selling directly to clients, helping them discover real value in what we offer.

Roles

  • Use cold-calling, networking events, referrals, and walk-ins to build your sales pipeline.

  • Present and demonstrate our goods and service, clearly explaining key features, benefits, and pricing.

  • Handle objections, negotiate terms, and secure commitments by offering tailored solutions.

  • Build long-term trust with customers through personalized outreach, after-sales support, follow-ups, and upselling.

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve messaging and share field insights.

  • Keep up with industry and competitor movements to strengthen your pitch and positioning.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools for managing leads and prospects.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented.

  • Works well independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

  • Grade 12/matric or higher
