We are on the hunt for a dynamic Receptionist who has a proven track record managing a front office with general office management experience.
In this role, you will welcome visitors and ensure a friendly front-desk experience. Your duties include managing the switchboard, coordinating catering needs, and meeting schedules, and liaising with building management to report maintenance issues. You will support HR in maintaining health and safety standards within the office. You will also assist in maintaining professional client relationships by coordinating local and international travel logistics. Your ability to multitask and solve problems proactively will be essential to ensuring the smooth, professional daily operation of the office.
To succeed in this role, you should have a Matric certificate and proven experience in office administration or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, along with strong organisational and time-management skills, will help you thrive in this position. Fluency in Afrikaans & English is essential
