Job Duties:
Oversee and manage all construction activities on the mining site Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Coordinate and schedule construction tasks and resources Monitor progress and quality of work Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders Prepare and update project schedules and budgets Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction Communicate progress updates to senior managementRequired Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the mining industry Excellent knowledge of construction processes and regulations Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience:
10 years in construction management, 5 years of experience in mining Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects within the mining sector, including both open-pit and/or underground operations.Knowledge and Skills:
Thorough understanding of construction processes and regulations Strong leadership and communication skills Project management expertise Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
