Description:
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality visual content that aligns with the hotel’s luxury brand identity. This includes all print, digital, and social media graphics used for marketing, events, signage, and guest communication. The designer will play a key role in promoting the hotel’s image, enhancing brand awareness, and creating a cohesive and upscale visual experience.Key Responsibilities:Brand & Design Management:Maintain and develop the hotel’s brand identity across all platforms.Design all marketing collateral including brochures, menus, flyers, signage, event invites, email campaigns, and advertisements.Ensure all designs are consistent with the hotel's luxury branding and 5-star standards.Digital & Social Media Design:Create graphics, banners, and animations for the hotel’s website, newsletters, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).Support the digital marketing team with content design and visual storytelling.Assist with photo and video editing for marketing campaigns.Print & Production:Liaise with printers and external suppliers to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.Prepare artwork for print in required formats and ensure accurate specifications.Event & Promotional Design:Design custom artwork for events, weddings, and seasonal promotions hosted at the hotel.Create signage and visual assets for on-site and off-site promotional activities.Photography & Videography (optional but beneficial):Assist with or direct photoshoots of the hotel, rooms, food, and events.Edit promotional videos or collaborate with external videographers when needed.Project Management & Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, sales, and F&B departments to support all campaigns and projects.Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.Maintain a library of design assets and templates for internal use. Education:- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Prior experience in the hospitality, tourism, or luxury sector is highly advantageous.
- Proven portfolio showcasing high-end brand work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Lightroom).
- Knowledge of web design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, WordPress) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and editing software.
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.
- Creative with an excellent eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in a luxury setting.
