Implement effective sales strategies to maximize Hotel occupancy and revenue. Create promotional material and marketing campaigns to attract suited clientele.Research new markets and business opportunities to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Represent Hotels in various exhibition events, trade shows, and networking events. Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of potential and existing clients. Prepare sales proposals to potential clients,highlighting the best features and qualities of the Hotel. Review the customer service quality of the Hotel to ensure customers are tended to properly and resolve customer complaints.Create and maintain customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service and building sustainable relationships with clients.Strengthen relationships with existing customers to enable future bookings. Set annual sales budgets, reports and forecast. Implement effective strategies for achieving sales targets. Conduct assessment of sales performance and implement improvements to sales processes and strategies. Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.Must come from a Hospitality sales background
