Job Overview:
Stark Stahl is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Worker to join our team based in Booysens, Johannesburg. This is a hands-on position that involves supporting multiple departments, including the workshop, paint shop, assembly area, and yard. A valid Code 10 Driver’s License is required, as the role includes occasional driving tasks.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is physically fit, proactive, and willing to take on a variety of duties to support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:


Carry out general duties across the assembly line, workshop, paint shop, wash bay, and yard


Assist machine operators and provide basic support for technical or mechanical work


Operate company vehicle for material deliveries and collections as needed


Load, offload, clean, pack, and safely store materials and equipment


Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the work environment


Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:


Valid Code 10 Driver’s License


Matric / National Senior Certificate


Minimum of 1 year experience in a general worker or driver role (advantageous)


Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour


Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a team environment


Willing to work flexible hours as operational needs require
