Liquor Store Manager

Our client is looking for a dynamic and reliable Liquor Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of their store in Lichtenburg. This role is ideal for someone with strong management experience, a passion for customer relationships, and the ability to successfully lead a team.

💰 Salary: R25,000 – R30,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock auditing and inventory control

  • Monthly and weekly stocktaking

  • Staff management: shifts, training, and discipline

  • Daily cash-ups and financial accountability

  • Building and maintaining customer and staff relationships

  • Placing orders and managing stock replenishment

  • General daily operational management

Job Requirements:

  • Matric certificate (Grade 12)

  • Minimum of 3+ years of management experience in a retail environment

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills

  • Experience in stock control, cash-ups, and staff management

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and solve problems
