Description:
1.Stock control:
· Ensure adequate stock is kept (Consumables / Electrical & Civil works)
· Stock receiving (Ensure all stock received is as per Purchase Orders & relevant authorities are notified)
· Issuing of stock (ensure adequate record keeping)
· Ensure correct policies and procedures are followed i.e stock issued are signed for and records are filed
· Stock returns (Ensure adequate record keeping)
· Stock receiving from clients (ensure adequate records are kept and stock are tracked and traced including notifications to relevant authorities)
· Monthly Stock Take (subject to change)
· Keep Kardex system updated at all times.
2.Maintenance:
· Adequate record & stock keeping of all plant and machinery
· Update white board
· Ensure cabinets are being reticulated and keep relevant departments updated.
· Ensure timeously returns & inspect condition
· Advise relevant departments on faults and required repairs.
· Warehouse house keeping
· Opening & Locking office when required
· Assist with Vehicle Maintenance (If a vehicle is issued to you, it is your responsibility to ensure the vehicle is kept neat and tidy and in good working condition, all vehicle faults to be reported immediately and follow up on required repairs.)
3.Safety Compliance:
· Adhere to all company health and safety protocols and regulations.
· Work at heights and follow safety protocols during installations and maintenance tasks.
· Use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.
4.Tool and Equipment Management:
· Issue and record keeping, or tools and equipment loaned out Com-struct teams.
· Inspection of tools/equipment before issuing and after receiving back.
· Follow up with Com-struct team on returns of tools/equipment.
· No tools/equipment to be loaned out to Subcontractors without authorization from Senior Management.
· Arrange concrete cube tests for new site builds
· Organize and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
· Assist in transporting tools and materials to and from job sites.
5.Documentation and Reporting :
· Issue Job cards to all contractors and team leaders.
· Ensure all job cards are returned and filed accordingly.
· Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
· Communicate any concerns or discrepancies to the team leader/supervisor or manager.
6.Collaboration:
· Manage staff duties ensure staff leave timeously for site.
· Work closely with team members to complete projects on time.
· Assist in all general site work inclusive of electrical and civils as required.
· Participate in meetings to discuss progress and safety updates.
7.Learning and Development:
· Engage in training opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge of electrical systems.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
