The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Digital marketing of our branches and services
- Social media and SEO development and marketing strategies
- In-person visits to existing branches to ensure optimal, economical and profitable outcomes
- In-person visits of potential new branches to discuss and negotiate different collaborations
- In-person visits to set up new branches where you will assist with in store marketing and training of current and new employees
- Weekly and monthly planning to ensure all branches are functioning optimally
- Organizing, hosting, attending and implementing various in-person marketing events and screening days
- Leading the in-house team to ensure current and new branches maintain and grow their client lists

- Private Practice Management: 1 to 2 years
Requirements:
- Experience in Digital and Social Media Marketing
- Experience in the Healthcare Industry will be an advantage
- Experience in opening stores and liaising with potential new clients
- Very strong sales and marketing skills
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a group, as a Team leader
- Self-driven, punctual with good time management and people skills
- Fluent in English
- Afrikaans proficiency will be advantages
- Must have a drivers licence with your own reliable vehicle (public transport will not be sufficient)
- Must be willing to travel
- Audiometrist or Acousticians training / certificate / diploma will be a huge advantage
