As a Learning and Development Specialist , you’ll be responsible for designing, developing and delivering learning programmes that enhance the operational and technical capabilities of our field operations teams. This role will see you coaching and guiding others to achieve performance excellence, while embedding a strong learning culture across the business.
Requirements:
- Analysis: 1 to 2 years
- Coaching: 1 to 2 years
- Problem Solving: 1 to 2 years
- Project Management: 1 to 2 years
- Communication Skills: 1 to 2 years
- Attention-To-Detail: 1 to 2 years
- Investigative Research: 1 to 2 years
- Results-Driven: 1 to 2 years
- A Diploma in Education, Training & Development (Adult Learning)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the FMCG retail environment
- At least 2 years in a corporate training, learning or coaching role
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- A valid Driver’s Licence
- Own Smart Mobile Phone – Non-negotiable (used for company communication app)
Minimum Requirements:
