Accounting/bookkeeping qualification or Relevant experience in accounting field Solid understanding of Accounting Principles High level of Excel spreadsheet competence Sage ERP experience preferential High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and organised Comprehensive analytical skills Proven Administrative experienceJOB DESCRIPTION:
Daily/monthly processing of data entries to ERP system (SAGE) Ensuring accuracy of the General Ledger Bookkeeping up to Trial Balance Calculating VAT due to/from SARS and submission of VAT returns VAT reconciliations Review of Debtors and Creditors reconciliations Preparing reconciliations for Balance sheet accounts Monitoring of Junior clerical accounting staff Support and training to other administrative employees, assisting with queries and daily issues Assist with Stores controls and stock counts Year end audit – handling queries and providing supporting documentation Processing of Intercompany transactions Administrative tasks: Manage monthly clinic orders Aviation: Reminders and confirmation of MPI Assistance with renewal of COA Manage the Vehicle registration certificates process: Obtain the certificates once the HP is complete Ensure the completeness and safe keeping of certificatesShould you wish to apply please submit your CV through for consideration.
