Key Responsibilities
Draft and review contracts, leases, and legal documents Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing packs Maintain legal templates and ensure version control Support corporate governance (filings, minutes, compliance tracking) Accompany executives to external meetings (e.g. CCMA, courts) Conduct legal research and liaise with attorneys and regulators Handle confidential documentation and general admin tasksRequirements
LLB, Paralegal Diploma, or 5+ years legal secretarial experience Strong contract drafting skills (leases, NDAs, service agreements) Familiarity with SA corporate law (Companies Act, POPIA) Excellent MS Office and legal systems (e.g. LexisNexis) Exceptional attention to detail and written English Discretion and professionalism essential Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
