Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):Strategic HR Management
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement the HR strategy. Manage the HR budget. Provide regular reporting on strategy execution and progress. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
End-to-end management of the recruitment process. Draft and publish job advertisements across various platforms. Review and screen CVs. Conduct interviews (virtual and in-person). Coordinate and administer technical assessments. Headhunt and actively source talent as needed. Employment Lifecycle Management
Draft and negotiate offer letters and employment contracts. Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new employees. Manage the offboarding process and conduct exit interviews. Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files. Performance & Development
Facilitate performance check-ins and reviews. Support development planning and coaching conversations. Write job descriptions and define KPIs for all roles. HR Operations & Administration
Address day-to-day HR queries from employees. Manage employee leave records. Coordinate internal events (birthdays, anniversaries, team buildings, year-end functions). Administer wellness and employee engagement initiatives. Drive HR innovation and introduce relevant HR technologies. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of employee activities (e.g., training, grievances, disciplinary action, performance evaluations). Employee Relations & Compliance
Manage grievance and disciplinary processes. Oversee Industrial Relations matters. Ensure HR compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations. Meetings & Communication
Coordinate and manage monthly team meetings (prepare agendas, draft minutes). Participate in designing and implementing employee retention strategies. Propose HR solutions aligned with broader business objectives. Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Degree or National Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar HR Manager role. Previous experience within a legal or professional services environment will be advantageous. Key Competencies & Skills:
