Admin Clerk Required in Ritchie, Kimberly for Truck Rental & Logistics company.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, sort, and file daily paperwork from various departments or drivers Capture and update data accurately onto spreadsheets and company systems Ensure all documents are properly scanned and stored both digitally and physically Assist with maintaining filing systems (both hard copy and electronic) Prepare basic reports and summaries as required Follow up on missing or incomplete documents Maintain stationery and office supplies stock levels Perform general office duties such as photocopying, emailing, printing, and answering phones Assist in scheduling appointments or meetings when required Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company data policiesMinimum Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12 Certificate 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or clerical role (logistics experience is an advantage) Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Attention to detail and high level of accuracyPlease email cv to ioscontrolteam@gmail.com
