You will work across Takealot and our Website to manage the day-to-day customer experience on the websites in order to maximize conversions. You will also be required to do analysis on website performance and customer journeys to identify opportunities to improve the online customer experience
Position: Internet Sales Manager (On-Site）
Location: Milnerton Area, CAPE TOWN
Salary: R10000 Per Month
Requirements:
• Must have at least 2 years of Internet Sales experience (With Retail store network marketing and physical store experience preferred),
· Must have Takealot listing experience, also managing our website
• Must be willing to work retail hours (Include Weekends & Public Holiday)
• Request Matric or equivalent
• Must be computer literate Microsoft office package & Photoshop (Able to editing
the photos and videos)
· Must be able to edit images
• Customer service excellence
• Working under pressure and be very target driven
• Excellent network marketing planning ability, creative ability, and excellent writing
skills
• Willing to work for 6 days a week (Mon-Sat - 9am – 5pm)
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be bilingual: English and Afrikaans
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and ability
· Having Photographic skills will be an advantage
