Description:
A Manufacturing company is looking for a Cost Accountant to join their team. Reporting to the Costing Manager this position fulfils the necessary requirements within the Department to meet the Company’s objectives by providing support in the costing and Bill of Material (BOM)to ensure the efficient operation of the Department and Office.
Requirements:
· Minimum qualification: Degree in Cost and /or Management Accounting or relevant qualification.
· 5 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar role.
· Experience in understanding BOM’s and costing in a manufacturing environment is essential.
· Own transport and valid driver’s license.
· Working knowledge of ERP systems, experience with SYSPRO advantageous.
· Working knowledge of Bills of Material essential.
· Advanced MS Excel Skills (i.e. Pivot Tables, ODBC reports, Formulas and Macros
