Minimum Requirements:
Completed Grade 12
Admin-related qualification preferred
3 or more years of experience within a Sales Admin role pertaining to Independent Financial Advisers/ Brokers
Excellent written and verbal English
Additional languages advantageous
MS Office (Word, Outlook), intermediate to advanced Excel
Fast and accurate typing
High attention to detail and process compliance
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Duties and Responsibilities:
Capture broker details and ensure records are accurate and up to date
Assist with broker onboarding and application processes
Follow up on missing broker documentation
Liaise with brokers to handle enquiries and resolve escalations
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Maintain solid broker relationships and internal communication
Perform quality checks on submissions and processes
Support brokers with general admin, including reports and documentation
Prepare reports, track service calls, and prioritise tasks
Maintain filing systems and document control
Provide flexible support on any reasonable requests from the Sales Division
