The Role: People Operations Administrator

This half-day, part-time role is perfect for someone seeking flexibility, an experienced professional seeking balance, or someone exploring part-time consulting. You'll provide day-to-day HR support, contributing to the full employee lifecycle and helping to foster an engaged, organised, and people-first work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and offboarding, from drafting offer letters to preparing welcome packs
  • Maintain HR systems, files, and compliance documentation
  • Draft employee communications and coordinate internal HR touchpoints
  • Update contracts, policies, and people-related trackers
  • Assist in executing culture and wellbeing initiatives
  • Organise internal events, training, and development activities
  • Coordinate recruitment logistics, including scheduling and feedback
  • Prepare people data reports, including DEI, joiners, and leavers

    About You

    • 1-3 years of experience in HR, administration, or people operations
    • Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
    • Confident with digital tools and HRIS platforms
    • Discreet, professional, and trustworthy with sensitive information
    • Friendly, proactive, and collaborative
    • Passionate about HR and eager to grow in the field
    • Suited for someone looking for flexible hours or part-time consulting
