Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team on a Temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Afrikaans , possess strong administrative skills, and be comfortable engaging with candidates and stakeholders over the phone and via email. In addition to providing general admin support, this role will play a key part in assisting with a recruitment drive and the coordination of recruitment-related processes and documentation .
Requirements:
- Admin: 4 to 5 years
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team and senior staff

Assist with the recruitment drive , including managing applications, communicating with candidates, and requesting outstanding documentation

Collate recruitment packs and ensure proper filing and documentation of recruitment materials

Make and receive calls in both English and Afrikaans as needed, including contacting candidates
-
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas and meeting notes
-
Handle incoming correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.) and direct inquiries appropriately
-
Maintain organized filing systems – digital and physical
-
Assist with data entry, documentation, and accurate record-keeping
-
Support the coordination and execution of project-related tasks
-
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
-
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
-
Perform other ad hoc tasks to support efficient office and project operations
Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role

Fluent in both English and Afrikaans – written and spoken

Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

A flexible, team-oriented approach with a proactive attitude

Previous experience supporting a recruitment process is advantageous

Experience assisting with project coordination is a plus
