Hire Resolve's Client, a reputable mining company in the Northern Capee, is currently looking for an experienced Mine Overseer to join their mining team.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:-
Grade 12 qualification.

Valid Mine Overseer Certificate of Competency.
-
Blasting Certificate.
-
At least 10 to 15 years of experience in the mining sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a mine overseer position.

Demonstrates strong discipline and high ethical standards.
-
Experience in Trackless Mining operations, specifically Bord and Pillar methods.
-
Familiarity with Trackless Mobile Machinery.
-
Understanding of key drivers influencing production performance.
-
Experience in production scheduling and planning.
-
Knowledge of cycle mining processes.
-
Understanding of water and air reticulation systems.
-
Experience with roadway maintenance practices.
-
Skilled in labour supervision and workforce management.
