Job position: Retail store sales (Full Time)
Location: Canal Walk, CPT
Salary : Basis + Commission
Working hours: Flexible to work as retail store business hours
We are looking for a retail store sales with creativity, innovation, a commitment to customer service at the highest level and extensive Asian Products knowledge. Flexibility and excellent organizational skills are also essential.
Our Ideal Candidate is willing to:
Take responsibility to run a store like their own
Drive performance to achieve the monthly sales budget & receive incentives
Key component for this job:
overseeing day-to-day operations of the store
monitoring inventory, and security controls
monitoring daily & weekly sales,to ensure monthly sales target is achieved
monitoring the quality of customer sevice throughout the store
working on the sales floor, requiring physical activitiy
prepared to work retail hours
Qualifications required for this role:
Experience with POS, inventory management & merchandising in a fast-paced rewards/performance-driven work environment
Salaries & Benefits:
