We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about people and eager to grow a career in recruitment. You will assist in sourcing candidates, supporting the recruitment process, and building client relationships under the guidance of experienced consultants. Please note, this is a fixed-term contract with the possibility of being made permanent. Key Responsibilities:- Assist in advertising job vacancies across various platforms
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between clients and candidates
- Maintain and update the recruitment database
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team
- Learn and develop knowledge of the recruitment industry and client sectors
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry
- Own license and vehicle is required
