Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about people and eager to grow a career in recruitment. You will assist in sourcing candidates, supporting the recruitment process, and building client relationships under the guidance of experienced consultants. Please note, this is a fixed-term contract with the possibility of being made permanent. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in advertising job vacancies across various platforms
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between clients and candidates
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team
  • Learn and develop knowledge of the recruitment industry and client sectors
Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry
  • Own license and vehicle is required
