Our client is looking for a motivated and skilled Sales & Business Development Specialist to drive new business growth and expand our client base. This role involves cold calling, lead generation, conducting online and/or in-person presentations, follow-up engagements, and hosting live webinars or events.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily cold calls to company-provided and self-sourced leads.

Conduct a minimum of 15 qualified sales presentations per week (online or face-to-face).

Complete follow-up actions within 48 hours on all non-converted leads.

Update necessary notes and status on the company CRM platform.

Organize, host, or support weekly webinars or live events to increase brand visibility and drive product interest.

Proactively seek new leads through social media engagement and in-person networking activities.
Job Requirements

Valid RE5 Certificate.

Valid Class of Business certification in Financial Markets and/or Investments.

Minimum of 1+ year experience in a call center environment.

Good social media knowledge.

Strong communication, prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
