Key Responsibilities 1. Training Development & Delivery
Design and deliver SAP S/4HANA training to end-users, super-users, and key business stakeholders Create top-quality training materials guides, e-learning modules, quick reference guides Run dynamic classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions Customise training based on business processes and user roles Deliver sessions in sync with business schedules and project milestones 2. User Support & EngagementProvide hands-on user support during Business and IT projects Reinforce learning with refresher sessions and knowledge assessments Resolve user queries and escalate technical issues when needed Engage with business process owners to ensure training aligns with real needs 3. Training Program Management
Track user adoption and training effectiveness Keep training materials up to date with SAP system changes Collaborate with L&D, IT, and Business Process teams for seamless training delivery
Requirements & Skills
Relevant diploma or degree (Corporate/Functional discipline) Experience in a corporate or FMCG environment Strong SAP S/4HANA knowledge Proven experience in SAP training delivery Skilled in simplifying technical content for diverse audiences Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills Familiarity with SAP Enable Now or e-learning tools (advantageous) Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities SAP certification is a plus Instructional design and adult learning principles High attention to detail and adaptability Willingness to travel across South Africa and cou
