FFS Machine Technician

Description:

We are seeking a skilled FFS Machine Technician to join our team in the consumer products industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) packaging machines. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our packaging equipment to meet production goals and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Set up, adjust, and operate FFS packaging machines according to production requirements
Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on FFS machines to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed to minimize downtime
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to facilitate smooth operation
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with production team members to achieve production targets and quality goals
