- A bespoke outsource services partner specializing in Enterprise Database Management Services is looking for an experienced
Responsibilities:
-
Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust Oracle ERP solutions.
-
Configure and implement Oracle Financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and SLA.
-
Collaborate with technical teams to design and support customizations, reports, and interfaces.
-
Participate in the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
-
Support critical month-end and year-end closing processes, along with financial reporting.
-
Provide comprehensive training and user support for Oracle Financial applications.
-
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Projects, HR, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions.
-
Assist with data migration, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
-
Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CA/CPA/MBA is preferred.
-
5+ years of experience as an Oracle Finance Functional Consultant.
-
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite Financials .
-
A strong understanding of finance business processes and accounting principles.
-
Experience with Oracle reporting tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, SmartView, and FRS .
-
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills .
-
The ability to document detailed functional specifications and training materials.
Preferred Skills:
-
Oracle Cloud Financials Certification .
-
Experience with P2P (Procure to Pay) and O2C (Order to Cash) cycles.
-
Familiarity with integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) .
-
Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies .
