Description:
Review and guide daily financial operations handled by the Junior Accountant, while providing training and feedback
Prepare and manage weekly payment runs, monthly bank and supplier reconciliations, and oversee cash and debtor management
Maintain and reconcile fixed assets, deferred revenue, loan accounts, and licensing fees
Compile accurate monthly management accounts, finance KPIs, and contribute to board and investor reporting
Oversee payroll processing, salary journals, and tax submissions including VAT, EMP201/501, and income tax
Manage audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (COIDA, UIF, CIPC)
Monitor budget vs actuals, investigate variances, and support cash flow forecasting and treasury activities

Qualification:
