Key Responsibilities:Welcome and host guests, ensuring exceptional service throughout their stay Oversee daily lodge operations in collaboration with department heads Ensure smooth communication between guest services, kitchen, and activities teams Handle guest requests, feedback, and special arrangements professionally Support in stock control, ordering, and lodge administration Maintain high housekeeping and presentation standards Stand in for lodge management when required Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years lodge experience in a guest-facing role Strong hosting and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Well-presented, confident, and service-oriented Computer literate (Microsoft Office; Lodge software beneficial) Team player with attention to detail Drivers license and own transport preferred
