Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant (Hybrid Option)

Salary: Competitive salary plus commission
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at CME Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage full-cycle recruitment process for clients, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
3. Provide guidance and support to junior consultants in the team.
4. Utilize various recruitment tools and techniques to attract top talent.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
6. Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior consultant role.
2. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
6. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment.
7. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.

We are involved in most sectors of recruitment but experience in IT, Call Centre or Medical/ Nursing sale of hours will be not be a suitable background. Our primary focus is perm recruitment placements. Candidates currently working for overseas companies on a remote basis will not be considered.
