Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a bakery setting and be able to prepare and bake a variety of goods, such as breads, pastries, pies, and cakes. The Baker will be responsible for measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, and monitoring baking times and temperatures to ensure high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of goods, such as breads, pastries, pies, and cakes
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Shape dough into various forms
- Monitor baking times and temperatures
- Ensure all products meet quality standards
- Clean and maintain baking equipment and work area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Food handling certification is a plus
