Position: Remote, Full-TimePOSITION SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a scrappy, driven and experienced Salesperson who thrives on finding great leads and turning them into high-quality meetings. Your mission is to fill the top of our sales funnel by identifying the right contacts, crafting clever outreach, and booking discovery calls with decision-makers.
If you’ve built a pipeline before and know how to convert curiosity into conversations, we want to talk to you. This is a remote position and your office will be on Slack.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the top-of-funnel outbound process — from research to messaging to booking meetings.
- Build and manage a healthy, qualified pipeline of prospects in the property management, hotel, and many other sectors.
- Expert at using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn to identify targets and run personalized outreach campaigns until they agree to meet.
- Write and test cold emails, calls, and social touchpoints that actually get responses. This means learning the industries we are selling to and understanding their pain points, as well as how to communicate our solution as an ROI to them.
- Collaborate with leadership to align messaging and targeting on an ongoing basis.
- Set up meetings and hand off well-qualified leads to senior leadership for closing. This will be the primary metric of success we look at.
- Track your activity, learn from results, and consistently hit your weekly outreach and meeting goals. We will expect efficiency and high volume output.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 4 years of B2B tech sales experience, with proven success consistently achieving or exceeding targets. Selling experience in the US market is a must.
- You have experience selling subscription-based (SaaS) solutions to businesses and not D2C. Selling to customers in the hospitality and property management industry is a bonus.
- Proven ability to book meetings from cold outreach — you’re not afraid of the hustle. Your written communication is awesome — you know how to make cold emails convert and will show us some of your ideas. You know how to leverage automation and AI.
- High proficiency with CRM software, ideally Hubspot, and comfort adopting and mastering new technology tools rapidly. We expect this to be your forte.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, adept at engaging senior stakeholders and influencing purchase decisions without relying on basic off the shelf sequences.
- Highly independent, self-motivated and creative. You ask questions and suggest new ideas, you don’t make assumptions and hope for the best. Schedule: Flexible and capable of working remotely in an efficient and diligent manner. Due to the main sales efforts being in the US, you will need to be open to regularly working evening hours.
