About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, globally-minded

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our internal team on a

7-month fixed-term contract

. This is an exciting opportunity to support our growing business by driving full-cycle recruitment across South Africa, Europe, and Asia.

The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment acumen, international stakeholder management experience, and the confidence to engage with internal business leaders across time zones and cultural contexts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and drive full-cycle recruitment across multiple global offices (SA, Europe, and Asia)
• Collaborate closely with regional People Leads and internal business partners to understand hiring needs
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes including briefing, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate management
• Create and manage compelling job ads tailored for a global audience
• Proactively source top-tier talent via platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and university portals
• Support and advise hiring managers on interview techniques and candidate evaluation
• Drive DEI principles throughout recruitment
• Ensure excellent documentation and tracking through the ATS
• Coordinate recruitment efforts across different time zones and cultural contexts
• Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders to influence hiring outcomes and priorities

Requirements:

Requirements

• 8–10 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (internal or agency)
• Experience recruiting across multiple international markets or working in a globally distributed environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to operate across cultural and language barriers (fluent English required)
• Proven success in both volume and specialist hiring
• Comfortable operating in a standalone in-house capacity
• Excellent sourcing ability using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other search tools
• Solid working knowledge of ATS platforms (BambooHR experience is a plus)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Ability to work in-office (with flexibility) in Cape Town
• Self-directed and confident working independently across regions and time zones
